Will Ferrell was a member of the cast of Saturday Night Live before going on to be a star in big-screen comedy like 'Elf "Anchorman" and Talladega Nights. Will Ferrell was born in Irvine, California in 1967. He began his comedic career as an actor in the Los Angeles-based improv group called the Groundlings. After his highly acclaimed seven-year stint as a part of Saturday Night Live, he was one of the film industry's biggest comedic draws through off-color successes like Old School (2003) and Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy (2004). Ferrell co-founded Funny or Die, a popular video streaming website. Ferrell also had success as an actor voiceover in animated movies such as Megamind (2010).
