Zachary Galifianakis

Zachary Knight Galifianakis Greek pronunciation (born on October 1 1969): American comedian, comedian, musician, and writer. He was a comic, actor as well as a host on Late World with Zach (VH1) Galifianakis has been in films such as The Hangover trilogy (2009-2013), Due Date (2010) and The Campaign (2012). He was also in Birdman or (The Unexpected Virtue of Ignorance) (2014) and Masterminds (2016). He voiced characters in animated films like Puss in Boots (2011), The Lego Batman Movie (2017), Missing Link (2019), and Ron's Gone WRONG (2021). Galifianakis is currently hosting of the comedy show Between Two Ferns, with Zach Galifianakis. He starred in the FX series Baskets and was nominated for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead actor in a Comedy Series in 2017. Zachary Knight Galifianakis was born in Wilkesboro, North Carolina, on October 1, 1969. the son of community center manager Mary Frances (nee Cashion) and heating oil merchant Harry Galifianakis. His mother is Scottish-Irish and English heritage, while his paternal grandparents were Greek immigrants from Crete. He was baptized according to his father's Greek Orthodox faith. He has a younger sister named Merritt as well as an elder brother named Greg. His cousin Nick Galifianakis (Washington Post cartoonist) is his uncle. Galifianakis attended Wilkes Central High School, and subsequently attended North Carolina State University, where he earned a degree in communications. While at university, he worked at an access station for the public. In 1991, he was a teacher in the waltz class, where he was introduced to Mary J. Blige. Following his debut on television Boston Common, Galifianakis joined Saturday Night Live for two weeks. He mentioned that he was host of Saturday Night Live host for two weeks, and Britney was host the week before. Will Ferrell was playing a role as an bodyguard for her belly button. He has been in the business for over twenty years in stand-up comedy and has created series for Fox NBC Oxygen IFC, Fox NBC, Oxygen and NBC. Big Time Rush is an American boy group that is specialized in pop music. It was formed in 2009. The group is composed of Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow, Logan Henderson, and Carlos PenaVega. They first signed with Nick Records in 2009. Then, Columbia Records transferred them to their new label. They appeared in Nickelodeon's telecast series, Big Time Rush. The show aired from the beginning of November 28, 2009 until July 25 2013. The premiere episode featured the group's debut promo single, "Big Time Rush". The group recorded three albums, BTR in 2010, Elevate 2011 and 24/Seven in 2013.
